Disconnect QuickBooks Online
In QuickBooks Online
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a Company Admin.
- Go to Settings (the gear icon) and then Manage apps, or open Apps → My apps.
- Find our app in the list of connected apps.
- Choose Disconnect and confirm.
Intuit's own help pages carry the current screens if the menu has moved; search their help for “disconnect an app”.
What happens then
Our access tokens stop working immediately and we can no longer read your books. The dashboard keeps showing whatever it last read until you ask us to clear it.
Removing what we already hold
Email brad@worthdoingwell.ca and ask us to delete it. We delete the stored tokens and the data read from your company, and confirm back to you in writing. We do not keep a copy for our own purposes, and nothing from your books is ever used to train a model or sold to anyone.
